Terms of Service

Flip Command is a software tool for device resellers: it scans public marketplace listings, computes buy prices against buyer price sheets you import, and tracks your deals. It is operated by Mack Systems ("we", "us") and provided as-is at www.flipcommand.app.

A purchased seat grants one person a personal, non-transferable license to use Flip Command. For lifetime-tier purchases (Founding and Lifetime seats), that license lasts for as long as the service operates, at no further charge — "lifetime" means the lifetime of the product, not of the purchaser. We may offer different pricing models to future customers, including subscriptions; existing lifetime licenses are unaffected by any such change and remain permanent. Seats may not be shared, resold, or used to operate a competing service.

Seats are a one-time payment processed by Stripe. Founding seats ($497): all sales are final — founding buyers keep lifetime access and receive all future updates, and we actively maintain the product and fix anything broken. Lifetime seats ($997): all sales are final, with one guarantee — if the Brain cannot import your buyer price sheets and we can't make them work within 7 days of purchase, we'll refund you in full. Scanning and IMEI checks run through YOUR OWN third-party accounts (Apify for marketplace scanning, Sickw for IMEI reports). You supply those API keys, you are bound by those services' terms, and you are responsible for all costs they bill you. Flip Command shows cost estimates before scans, but the estimates are not a cap or a guarantee — actual third-party charges are between you and those providers.

Marketplace listings, computed prices, condition estimates, scam flags, and imported buyer-sheet prices are automated best-effort interpretations of third-party data. They WILL sometimes be wrong. Every purchase decision, offer, and sale you make is your own; we are not liable for losses from acting on data shown in the app.

Don't use Flip Command for anything unlawful, don't attempt to access other users' data, and don't abuse the underlying marketplaces (their terms apply to you directly). We may suspend accounts that do.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your seat. We provide the service "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after a change is acceptance. Questions: support@flipcommand.app.
